What is collected

Your email address, if you write to us. For now the sign-up is an email. An email to [email protected] goes to the DarkTiger inbox, where a person reads it and adds your address to the card-of-the-day list. DarkTiger keeps the list and does not share it. Your address is used for the card of the day and for one note when a deck can be ordered, and for nothing else.

Nothing is counted automatically. If your email names a deck, as the subject line does when you write from a deck or card page, that deck is noted beside your address; if it does not, no deck is recorded. When the sign-up service opens, the list moves to it and you are asked to confirm before any email is sent.

Host logs. The host that serves these pages records each request, as every host does: the page asked for, the time, and the address the request came from.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Outside services

Links to MakePlayingCards, song.link and other services lead to sites with their own policies. The museum photographs on some pages are copies served from this site, so no outside server sees your visit.

How to be removed

Every issue will carry an unsubscribe link. To have your address removed from the list entirely, write to [email protected].

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13.
