About DarkTiger Tarot

DarkTiger Tarot is made by Joeless Pierre. It is one page for each of the 78 tarot cards, a free set of lessons and spreads, a daily email, and the decks the card art comes from.

What the site is

Every card has one page: its keywords upright and reversed, how to read the picture move by move, the longer thread behind the card, how it sits in a day at work, at home, in the family, in love and in the world, and the sources behind each fact. The lessons teach the structure the cards share: the suits, the numbers, the courts, the letters and the sky on the Majors. The spreads are taught position by position with a worked example.

The site teaches and interprets. Everything on it is written for study.

The decks

The Isis deck sets the 78 cards in ancient Egypt and names each Major by the figure on it: the Fool is Horus the Child, the Magician is Thoth. Each card exists in four versions: Intuitive, Reader's, Astrological and Kabbalistic. The Christmas deck carries the same 78 cards into a winter household: candles for Wands, cocoa mugs for Cups, icicles for Swords and glass baubles for Pentacles. Two more decks, the Cat deck and the Pisces deck, are finished and shown on the card pages but not printed.
